1. What system do you use to manage your RP instruments? - HIS-20 2. Does the house and contract RPTs use the same process? - Yes
3. Does each person get their own login and password or is a terminal setup for anyone to use? - Yes all Sr techs get HIS-20 ID but we also have a generic ID and terminal set up just for instrument issue 4. Do you use paper logs to log instruments in and out? If you do, under what conditions. - When HIS-20 is not available 5. Do you not log instruments in and out? If not, why not. - During outages we also issue instruments to some control points as it is not practicable to issue to individual techs in some areas such as the Drywell and other remote areas 6. Have you had any similar issues? If you have, how did you remedy the situation? - We issue to some control points as opposed to people during outages Chuck Creamer Charles E. The RPTs check instruments out and back in using HIS-20 as a regular part of doing business. During outages when we supplement our RP workforce we encounter issues with this process. So we want to take a moment and perform a short benchmark on what other sites do. 7. What system do you use to manage your RP instruments? 8. Does the house and contract RPTs use the same process? 9.
