If the employee intentionally let a qualification lapse...discipline would be
appropriate. As far as RP is concerned, it is part of the reason you are
employed...

Subject: Powernet: Qualification lapse benchmark

Pre-apologizing for what some may consider off topic,

What would be the management response to a worker (with no good excuse - like a
medical issue) allowing their emergency response position specific training to
lapse rendering them unable to fill response team watch bill?

Any different response for letting other qualifications to lapse - like
radworker, plant access or technical qualification (safety, FME, soldering, RP
surveys, etc)?

Thanks in advance
Bill
