Powernet: Use of Telex outdoors

Fermi would like to know if anyone knows of any issue with using Telex 
BTR700/800 equipment outdoors.  There was the whole FCC licensing issue that I 
think has been resolved but I don't know the details.  Any feedback you could  
provide would be appreciated.
