Duke Energy: Exact due date.

Prior to Progress Energy and Duke Energy merger Progress did have the 25% Tech
Spec grace period allowance, although it was rarely used. As two programs
continue to merge into one, exact due date will be the standard.

Subject: Powernet: Benchmarking on instrument calibration due dates

*** This is an EXTERNAL email. Exercise caution. DO NOT open attachments or
click links from unknown senders or unexpected email. ***
Presently Perry RP uses a cal due date for RP instrumentation that equals the
cal frequency (semi annual, annual) plus the time to the end of the month. The
other plants in the FENOC fleet use the exact cal date plus frequency as a due
date. What does your organization use?

A. Due date at the end of the month?
B. Exact due date (cal date + frequency)?
