Davis Besse uses the MSA OptimAir TL PAPR. Pros: Light(er) weight than previous model, better design with weight distributed belt pack, battery and air indicator is loud and obvious, easy to clean/disassemble, can easily wear with worker's own hard hat, heavily stocked and always available from supplier Cons: Connection from hose fitting to inlet in hood is not sturdy, when individuals turn or twist the low flow alarm goes off, standard battery life does NOT always last for 4 hours, recommend the extended life battery for longer jobs
