Cook is the same as TVA. We employ Continuous Use, Reference Use, Information Use and Multiple Use level procedures.
Our Multi-Use level procedures can be a combination of any of the other three levels. We are also directed to threat treat Reference Use level procedure almost as Continuous Use level procedures, which makes getting work done interesting at times. The Procedure Professionals Association (PPA) does not address Multiple Use procedures although INPO does. During discussions on the procedure upgrade projects going on within TVA some feel that Multiple Use procedures could be an error trap and want to eliminate that level of use.
