Grand Gulf does not set our MGs (2000 and 3000s) to latch because we use
planned dose rate alarms to allow access thru a higher rad area to a lower dose
work area. The workers are briefed ahead of time and it is documented in the
RWP that the alarms are expected

Good afternoon,

Salem would like to know if other plants set their electronic dosimeters to
latch for a dose rate alarm. We have DMC 2000s (eventually going to 3000s),
and currently latch for accumulated dose only.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!
