Refrain from opening attachments, clicking on links, or responding to requests for personal information or credentials if from an unknown sender or if message is unexpected. Limerick experienced a lost HRA key recently. A technician signed out multiple keys to support multiple LHR entries. When he returned it was discovered that one key was missing. We believe the metal clasp and/or the plastic connector to the metal ring failed. Below is an example of the key configuration at LGS with electric tape added to prevent metal snap failure. [cid:[email protected]] When issuing HRA/LHRA keys, how are the keys physically controlled by the RP Technicians at your site? 1) Are they secured to a lanyard by a clip as pictured above? 2) Are they secured to a belt by some means? 3) Is the key secured using some means through the 'O' ring? 4) If none the above apply, please explain how your technicians secure HRA/LHRA keys to there person?
