Regarding system piping mitigation, does anyone use lancing/hydrolasing or
mechanical vibration as planned scheduled items in outages to reduce whole line
dose rate fields vs. just hotspots?

We are looking at performing one or both techniques on our condensate makeup
lines to reduce rates from 7-10 mrem/hr to 1-2 mrem/hr, as this is a high
traffic area for entry and exit.

We were challenged in our scope meeting to see what the industry does.
