Subject: Powernet: Benchmark question on instrument source response frequency

Benchmark Question

Watts Bar is evaluating the appropriateness of our instrument response check
frequency. We have listed our current response check frequencies below for
instruments not used to perform unconditional release surveys. Instruments that
we used to perform unconditional releases are distinctly marked and designated
for this purpose and source checked daily.
What is your response check frequency for the following instruments?

(Excluding instruments used as scalers or instruments used for unconditional
releases.)
