Fermi - station level procedure used for classifying chemicals, all chemicals brought on site are to be approved beforehand, and are assigned a company stock number, items are labeled with chemical category (RCA, limited use in RCA, not allowed in RCA) which quickly identifies whether or not a chemical is allowed into RCA, requirement that all chemicals have identification label and category. Removal from RCA - treated like everything else, surveyed, may or not be released depending on hazard or presence of rad. contamination, then may fall into mixed hazardous waste program, etc.
