Linda,

David Wood, RPM, would like Cook to participate in the proposed group.

Cook audits Mirion every three years on site and a coordinated utility audit
would be beneficial to us.

Hi All,

I'd like to put together a Mirion TLD user's group. It's open to all current
users of Mirion's TLDs. The purpose of this group is the following:

1) Share OE
2) Coordinate blind spike testing
3) Coordinate an annual or biennial facility audit
4) Provide a robust, coordinated oversight program

My plan would be to hold some type of re-occurring conference call. Where
appropriate, we will invite Mirion technical experts to join our calls, but the
intent is to focus primarily on users.

Diablo Canyon began using Mirion in January, 2014. We use their Genesys Ultra
TLDs. We ran our own NVLAP TLD program until that time. We intend to perform
a comprehensive NVLAP Quality Manager type audit of Mirion sometime in 2015.

If you are interested, please send me name, e-mail and phone contacts.

Thanks,

Linda
