We use the ATI aerosol photometer and aerosol generator with PAO (poly alpha olefin). What is frequency for DOP testing portable HEPA units / vacuums? Annual, after HEPA filter replacement, prior to use for new units, and if system integrity is suspect. Is there a difference for DOP testing requirements for portable HEPA used for asbestos work? No, the testing requirement is the same for all portable HEPA units/vacuums used in the RCA.
