We have a GEM counter at the dosimetry office. When workers come into the plant
we have them step in the GEM counter. We document this using a form that has a
signature of the dosimetry admin that observed it and whether it passed or
failed.

We use passive monitoring so we do not perform an exit count. We have monitors
at the RCA exit and the personal access facility (PAF) exiting the control area.

Do you perform incoming initial WBC or do you have a monitor at access portal
on inbound traffic side that workers pass thru daily?
