CNS is conducting a benchmark on the frequency of EP instrumentation source checks and would appreciate your responses to the following questions:
1. Do you perform source checks on all scales or do you perform a response check? 2. What frequency do you source/response check your EP instruments? (CNS performs them quarterly on all scales.) CNS only response checked our EP instruments prior to use, until an observation suggested we do full source checks quarterly. We would like to go back to response check prior to use.
