Browns Ferry recently got two new REP vans for use during radiological emergencies and drills. The old vans had room for two players and a controller during drills as it would seat three individuals. The new vans only have two seats which would be used to for the two techs staffing the van. While suitable for an actual event, it makes it difficult to train an things like traversing a plume.
My question is that if you have a REP van with only two seats how do you control the drill or conduct training. Looking for input on the best way to accomplish this to have more effective drill and training scenarios.
