OK, the charter looks good, I just need a couple names to put down as project 
leads.

If I don't hear anything I'll put down John as one.

Also, I apologize for being slow about this, but I really do need to make a 
PowerPC project under Emerging Platforms and delete the PowerPC CG once and for 
all.
