Unfortunately, if you look here:
http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/Xen/PPC/Run
you'll see that XenPPC only runs on certain platforms.  I was mildly excited
until I found that nugget.  I suppose one could look at IBM's 970 system
simulator (http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/systemsim970), which looks
like it only runs on Linux.  Maybe a brandz Centos zone could run it?
