The last two weeks have been no holiday for me at all ... I think I
had one day .. maybe twoo in which I was not plunked in front of a
computer. Anyways .. I installed Solaris 10 U1 onto the new webserver
box only to discover that the second hme port can not be plumbed up.
Which is odd as I seem to recall some feature of the Netra T1 AC 105
that would force the second hme port to be disabled from the OBP and
perhaps that is the problem.
This box has 1GB of RAM and thats plenty for a webserver running trac.
Now I need to jump into SunSolve and see if the recommened cluster
patch for Sol10 is back in place. It was missing yesterday. Oh ..
any of you guys ever heard of a way to ( disable and thereby enable I
hope ) a hme port from the OBP on an UltraSparc box ?

Back on topic for a sec .. I have been working on GRUB2 for the ODW
but have managed to create a GRUB2 bootloader that ignores me. I'll
start over.
