To be clear, there's really one Solaris. There are ISA-specific pieces but those are going to be nearly as different from x86 to PPC as SPARC to PPC or between almost any two given ISAs. In particular, things like the hardware address translation (HAT) layer and other low level services will need to be hacked up for PPC.
