kpowersave does amlost nothing, it just tells powersaved to suspend.

You can configure all that in /etc/powersave/* (mostly in
/etc/powersave/sleep) although i agree that we have to revisit the
documentation again.

Documentation should be installed with your package, but it might
be not always totally up-to-date (on SUSE it is in /usr/share/doc/packages\
/powersave/). If you find documentation stuff that is out of date, please
tell us, so we are forced to fix it :-)
