If you only need to switch to vt 1, this can also be achieved with /etc/powersave/sleep:SUSPEND2DISK_SWITCH_VT="" /etc/powersave/sleep:SUSPEND2RAM_SWITCH_VT="" /etc/powersave/sleep:STANDBY_SWITCH_VT="" Set SUSPEND2RAM_SWITCH_VT to "yes" and it should work, if it does not, this is clearly a powersave bug (i have not tested on machines without s2ram installed for a long time :-). -- Stefan Seyfried | "Please, just tell people QA / R&D Team Mobile Devices | to use KDE."
