So it's not quite what you are looking for; but I think you could customize it to delete a DP from a package, instead of delete a DP from every package. Yeah, it's not powershell, and this is the powershell list... but... thought I'd share anyway. I just want to take list of PKG ID's in a text file and delete them from a DP. All our DP's are DP shares with up to three DP shares per DP.
