Sam Russell got started on OF 1.1 support, which will probably serve as the basis for official support for 1.1 in POX eventually. I'm not sure how complete it is, but you might take a look and see if it has what you need: https://github.com/samrussell/pox/tree/of11 Beyond that, you might look at Ryu, and CPqD has a fork of NOX with support for later OpenFlow versions.
