I'm looking for pointers to how much time and cost is associated with producing software code. I'm happy to return a summary to this list in return for help received.
[The context for this is that I'm preparing a non-specialist talk on my work which aims at using semantics to support the construction of web applications from online services and this would provide a useful baseline]
