Berikut ini kami gabungkan dua tulisan yang berbeda yaitu dari wartawan kompas dan satu lagi dari Mawlana Syaikh Hisyam Kabbani, masterate Syariah dari Al-Azhar, masing2 tidak mengetahui satu sama lain, tetapi bila dilihat makna isi dan hakikatnya maka akan ditemukan banyak persamaannya pembahasan tentang korupsi. Subhanallah, kami para murid memang bertanya2 mengapa judul pembahasan Mawlana Syaikh Hisyam tentang Bencana Tsunami ditinjau dari maslah Korupsi. Setelah menggabungkan dua tulisan ini, maka kami menyadari betapa kedalaman ceramah2 beliau yang selalu menyentuh kalbu hati murid2nya, tak jarang kami menangis ketika mendengarkan ceramah beliau, menyadari kesalahan kami dalam menjaga ahlak yang baik. Mawlana Syaikh Hisyam Kabbani adalah Khalifah dari Naqshbandi Haqqani Sufi Way, dibawah Mursyid kami Mawlana Syaikh Nazim Adil al Haqqani an Naqshbandi, seorang Ulama Besar, Mufti Turki, Syaikhul Hadist an Nabawiya saat ini beliau tinggal di Lefke, Cyprus Turki, berusia 83 th, dan masih mengajarkan kepada jutaan murid2nya yang tersebar di lima benua ( silahkan akses ke http://islamicsupremecouncil.org atau ke http://naqshbandi.org ). Bagian 1 : Tulisan Wartawan Kompas Nadjmudin Oemar Kamis, 06 Januari 2005 Otonomi Khusus untuk NAD, Orangtua yang Ingin Menjandakan Anaknya Pengantar Redaksi: TULISAN berikut ini adalah karya terakhir wartawan Kompas, Nadjmuddin Oemar, yang bertugas di Banda Aceh dalam bentuk laporan yang dikirim ke Redaksi Kompas pada 22 Desember 2004. Empat hari sebelum gempa bumi dan gelombang tsunami yang menyebabkan dirinya, keluarganya, serta ribuan rakyat Aceh lainnya lenyap, Minggu 26 Desember 2004. Sampai hari ini nasib Nadjmuddin belum diketahui secara pasti. Tulisan yang diusulkan Nadjmuddin untuk Laporan Akhir Tahun 2004 di Kompas ini diturunkan seutuhnya. *** "WANITA jelita" itu seperti belum diikhlaskan oleh orangtuanya untuk hidup mandiri dalam sebuah rumah tangga. Orangtuanya cenderung masih ingin ikut campur tangan, bahkan dianggap dominan. Padahal, semua orang tahu, campur tangan orangtua yang terlalu jauh dalam urusan rumah tangga anaknya akan memberi kesan negatif. Salah-salah rumah tangga si anak bisa berantakan. Tahu bahwa hubungan darah antara anak dan orangtua tak bisa diputuskan. Namun, bila si anak perempuan itu nantinya ribut dengan suaminya karena dominasi dan campur tangan orangtua, perkawinan anaknya akan terancam perceraian. Bila ini terjadi, hubungan suami dan istri tersebut akan putus selamanya, sedangkan yang kekal hubungan anak dan orangtua. Namun, apakah ada orangtua yang menginginkan anaknya menjadi janda? Dengan gaya lugas namun kocak, perumpamaan di atas dikemukakan oleh seorang warga dalam kaitan dengan pelaksanaan otonomi khusus di Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD). Yang terjadi di NAD sekarang ini di mata warga tadi adalah hal-hal yang lebih kurang serupa itu. Otonomi khusus di NAD yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 18 Tahun 2001, pelaksanaannya dianggap masih "belum ikhlas". Pada kenyataan di lapangan, kondisinya bisa disebut morat-marit. Belum lagi ditambah dengan kondisi keamanan yang kerap kali labil meskipun pejabat militer setempat selalu menyebutnya makin kondusif. Apalagi bila membicarakan tentang pejabat yang harus berurusan dengan hukum akibat tindak korupsi. Ditilik lebih jauh, muncul pula kondisi faktual dan bahkan bisa disebut laten, yaitu menyangkut pelanggaran hak asasi manusia (HAM) yang telah berlangsung sejak lama di bumi NAD. Kontak tembak (antara TNI dan Gerakan Aceh Merdeka atau GAM-Red) dan korban yang berjatuhan merupakan peristiwa harian. Lalu muncul pula berbagai dampaknya. Singkat kata, persoalan di Aceh memang sangat kompleks. Otonomi khusus yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi penyelesaian konflik pun menjadi hambar manakala realitas di masyarakat yang terlihat justru lebih berupa penderitaan dari waktu ke waktu. Ambil contoh, misalnya, jumlah penduduk miskin yang makin melambung. Tahun 2002 penduduk miskin 33,84 persen dari jumlah penduduk NAD yang mencapai 4.166.040 jiwa. Setahun kemudian jumlah penduduk miskin meningkat menjadi 40,39 persen dari jumlah penduduk 4.218.486 jiwa. Belum lagi membicarakan tentang angkatan kerja. Mereka yang tertampung hanya 1,46 persen dari 96.530 orang yang tercatat pada kurun yang sama. Ironisnya, menurut data, tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi justru terjadi di daerah kaya. Kabupaten Aceh Utara di pantai timur Aceh misalnya, yang menyumbang devisa triliunan rupiah untuk negara dari gas alam, menyimpan jumlah penduduk miskin yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan daerah lainnya. Dari kacamata keamanan, kawasan pantai timur itu pula yang terpeta merupakan basis GAM. Lalu, bila dikaitkan dengan kondisi kemiskinan dan kecemburuan sosial, dengan napas ideologi yang digerakkan GAM, maka ini akan menjadi fenomena faktual yang tidak boleh diabaikan. Kemiskinan dalam konteks religi sesungguhnya lebih mendekatkan orang pada kekufuran. Bila Mahatma Gandhi menyebut kemiskinan sebagai bentuk kekerasan paling buruk, inilah kekhawatiran yang rasanya perlu diperhatikan. PERSOALAN korupsi atau dengan kata lain pencurian uang negara oleh pencuri berdasi adalah kenyataan lain yang terjadi di Aceh. Bahkan, pucuk pimpinan provinsi itu kini tengah berurusan dengan hukum. Belum lagi membicarakan bagaimana anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi NAD yang juga diduga terlibat. Kejaksaan tinggi setempat malah telah menetapkan pimpinan DPRD NAD bersama para wakilnya sebagai tersangka korupsi bernilai miliaran rupiah. Ada lagi pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Kota Banda Aceh periode lalu yang telah divonis pengadilan setempat masing-masing 18 bulan penjara karena kasus yang sama. Lalu, di Kota Langsa, wali kotanya juga tersangka kasus korupsi. Hasil temuan tim monitoring terpadu yang dipimpin Mar'ie Muhammad (Ketua Badan Pengurus Masyarakat Transparansi Indonesia-Red) juga menemukan indikasi korupsi pada 68 proyek di Provinsi NAD dengan nilai Rp 2,7 triliun. Korupsi layaknya bagai sebuah budaya baru di tengah mengalirnya banyak dana ke Aceh. "Korupsi berjamaah" pun lalu menjadi istilah baru yang muncul di tengah masyarakat. Tindak korupsi ini dilakukan oleh sejumlah orang secara bersama-sama. Semuanya terjadi di tengah situasi konflik Aceh yang berkepanjangan. GAM melakukan berbagai upaya sejak tahun 1976 untuk apa yang disebut mereka sebagai kemerdekaan Aceh, terpisah dari Republik Indonesia. Darah, nyawa, dan harta benda seakan harus mewarnai perjalanan sejarah di Aceh. Otonomi khusus yang kemudian diberikan kepada provinsi di ujung barat Indonesia itu pun ditanggapi bagai angin lalu oleh pihak GAM sampai sekarang. Padahal, otonomi itu diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu penawar agar tidak ada lagi aksi pemberontakan. Terlepas dari otonomi khusus itu diterima atau tidak oleh GAM, yang jelas pemerintah telah memberlakukan nya. Apalagi kemudian pejabat pemerintah mengemukakan bahwa kekuatan GAM sudah sangat menipis karena telah ditumpas secara serius dalam berbagai operasi keamanan. Yang menarik untuk dipertanyakan: apakah Aceh benar-benar telah mendapat otonomi khusus? Dalam hal pemilihan kepala daerah, simaklah bagaimana Center for Electoral Reform (Cetro) mengemukakan kegundahannya. Direktur Cetro Smita Notosusanto mengemukakan, status otonomi khusus itu akan menjadi "macan ompong" bila pemerintah pusat mengintervensi hak-hak otonomi melalui UU No 32/2004. Pemilihan kepala daerah (pilkada) secara langsung di Aceh telah diatur dalam qanun (peraturan daerah), namun kemudian harus direvisi karena dianggap bertentangan dengan UU yang lebih tinggi. Qanun itu sendiri ada karena diatur oleh UU No 18/2001 tentang Otonomi Khusus. Ketika hal-hal yang khusus juga ingin dicampuri lagi oleh pemerintah Jakarta, Cetro malah mengkhawatirkan terjadinya (kembali) sentralisme seperti zaman Orde Baru. Untuk pilkada di Aceh, demikian Cetro, tak perlu lagi ada peraturan pemerintah (PP) karena Aceh sebagai daerah otonomi khusus telah memiliki qanun. Banyak hal lain yang dianggap pula oleh banyak pihak masih terkesan adanya campur tangan pemerintah pusat. KETIKA konflik belum berakhir dan status darurat masih diberlakukan dengan pertimbangan keamanan dan keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, pertanyaan yang muncul adalah di mana sebenarnya peran otonomi khusus harus bermain? Ketika perpanjangan darurat militer dan kemudian diikuti darurat sipil yang juga diperpanjang lagi, banyak orang berpendapat bahwa posisi dan hak-hak sipil makin dikebiri. Padahal, sipillah yang seharusnya dominan berperan dalam pelaksanaan otonomi khusus. Namun, sejauh mana kebenaran pernyataan di atas harus dibuktikan dengan berbagai fakta di lapangan. Yang jelas, penguasa darurat memiliki kewenangan membungkam suara-suara sipil yang dianggap mengganggu stabilitas. Pers juga dapat dikontrol. Ketika muncul anggapan tentang ketidakikhlasan pemerintah Jakarta memberi otonomi khusus untuk Aceh, pernyataan tersebut harus ditangkap secara arif. Jakarta tentu tidak menginginkan anak wanitanya menjadi "janda". Begitu pun sebaliknya. Aceh juga tidak mau menjadi janda lantaran campur tangan yang terlalu jauh dari pemerintah pusat. Memberi makna atas fenomena di atas sesungguhnya tidak mudah. Begitu pula harus dimaknai secara arif dan ikhlas bahwa Aceh memang harus ditangani secara spesifik. Konflik sudah telanjur mengakar puluhan tahun di sana. Otonomi khusus mungkin bukan satu-satunya solusi penyelesaian, tetapi hanya bagian dari solusi. (Nadjmuddin Oemar) Bagian 2 : Corruption & Tsunami Mawlana Syaikh Hisyam Kabbani Kutbah 01-01-2005 Obey Allah, obey the Prophet (s) and those in authority among you. Obeying Allah results in reaching paradise. Obeying the Prophet (s) results in paradise. Obeying those in authority keeps one from going to prison. Allah said, Dhahar al-fasaada fil-barri wal-bahr bi ma kasabat aydeen-naas li yudheeqahum ba`da alladhee `amiloo la`allahum yarji`oona" Corruption has appeared on land and sea because of (the deeds) that the hands of men have earned, that ((Allah)) may give them a taste of some of their deeds: in order that they may turn back (from Evil). [30:41] Fasad means corruption. Fasad can mean people leaving their prayers, and fasting, their charity, leaving remembrance of Allah, not remembering the Prophet (s), not doing what Allah wants, running after zina (fornication), running after drinking, running after all that Allah has said for us to avoid. And that is one side and the other side means corruption in the system, corruption between governments, corruption in business, corruption in cheating people. All this is under fasad. Also under this is backbiting, speaking about others, trying to promote false issues about people, trying to innovate new schools of thought that are not Islamic but are radical in their ideology. li yudheeqahum ba`da alladhee `amiloo la`allahum yarji`oona that ((Allah)) may give them a taste of some of their deeds: in order that they may turn back (from Evil). That corruption has been appearing on earth and on sea. Appearing on earth full of corrupton, all kinds. On sea , full of corruption and full of fasad. This happens because of what people have done for your selves. "This what you have done O human beings!" Allah mentioned that for every generation from beginning to end. And Allah said He is going to make them to taste, for what they have done, to taste hard times. And Allah has a lot of ways and means to make people to taste hardship through what they have done thru their corruption. But within that it might be innocents will go also. When punishment comes, it comes in general. It reaches those who were doing it and it reaches those who were not. Those who were innocent go as shaheed. Those who were not innocent, Allah gives them hardship. And the Prophet (s) said, "Ya Ayesha we are a nation that Allah gave mercy (ummatun marhooma)." So Allah gives us hardship in dunya to clean them for the next life. That is because the dunya has no value even compared to that of a mosquito. It might be the wing of the mosquito has more value than all of this dunya. So is He . And Allah has a lot of means to do that. He is not waiting for other people. He might make some people to fight others. Say: "He hath power to send calamities on you, from above and below, or to cover you with confusion in party strife, giving you a taste of mutual vengeance - each from the other. See how We explain the signs by various (symbols); that they may understand." [6:65 ] And Allah has many ways and means, not many, but infinite. And no one can do anything. They say "nature is angry." Allah is not happy, Allah is angry with what is going on. One time sayyidina Musa said, "O my Lord, when you send you revenge on some people, many innocents are included." Is there an answer for that? Allah said, "Ya Musa, go to that forest and see a rock and sit on that rock and wait for My answer." He was kaleemullah speaking to Allah without intermediary. So he went to that rock and waited for that answer. And where he was sitting there was a nest of ants. Allah ordered the ants to go and climb on his leg. And Musa was not feeling them as they were climbing his calf. Then Allah ordered one ant of these hundreds to bite him. So one ant bit Sayyidina Musa and since he was in pain he pressed on his leg and crushed all the ants. Allah said, "Ya Musa, when adhaab comes, whoever is in that area, it will hit him." That is why Sayyidina Lut was ordered to take his children and go out. Sayyidina Nuh was ordered to take the believers with him because when adhaab comes it is gone. Because at that time when adhaab comes it does not leave anyone. When Sayyidina Muhammad came, he asked Allah, "Don't make my nation like those before when you would take them all at one time." Allah accepted that du`a and said, "I will not take them all at once, but they will fight amongst themselves." Now Allah is giving us lessons to learn and He has a lot of signs. And everything is obeying Allah. Everything is waiting for Allah's Orders. When Allah's Orders come, no one can stop events. And these Allah's Orders are coming in the way of an inspiration or a way of understanding that people might not be aware of but there is a way of ordering, by which heavenly orders come. When Allah's Will comes, it goes from His Ocean of Wills to His Ocean of Knowledge. When the Essence, when Dhatullah, the unknown, absolute unknown, that even Sayyidina Muhammad was told, qul huw Allahu ahad. Hu means the Absolute Unknown. When you say Allah, that encompasses the 99 names and attributes. You cannot know more than the Attributes and Names: The Generous; the Veiler; the Merciful. When He wants something, then the attribute al-`Aalim, takes and plans it and then His Attribute of al-Qaadir executes it. And when qudrah, through the name al-Qaadir, when the power appears through His qudrah, that is energy. Every moment a creation is coming into existence. Not just our earth. What is earth? That is nothing but the head of a pin in this universe, it is nothing. And if someone will only think a little bit, they say that the earth moved a fraction in its spinning around its axis, due to that earthquake, because it was a big earthquake. But they did not say who made this earth to spin around its axis. If there are scientists and geniuses today, can they make the earth to rotate clockwise? Or can they make it stop rotating? Who is making the earth to rotate? It is something beyond the mind. If people think about it a little, people would be in sajda day and night, because there is not one moment to waste. If you waste your time not in sajda, then you are wasting your time. Common people are not in that mood. Awliya are in that mood. Is Azraeel coming with punishment or mercy. That is why you see them always in worship, either thru prayers or helping others or visiting sick people or advice or counseling for Allah's sake. Not something else. We are busy in all kinds of things that make us to deviate from what Allah wants us to be. Wa maa khalaqta al-jinn wal-ins ill-liy`abudoon I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. [51:56] No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. [51:57] Whoever does that Allah will provide for them. That is for normal people. But those who are doing for dunya and working hard for dunya and giving in Allah's way, that is considered worship for them. Those who do in dunya and help the poor as if they are in Allah's way all the time, like awliya, who are always in sajda. But those who are running after dunya. Allah will have a different judgment for them. Sayyidina Musa pressed on his leg and caused all the ants to die. Anyone who goes in a disaster, especially in drowning, the Prophet (s) said, "Whoever died in drowning or died in a fire is shaheed." Because Allah sent His reminder to His servants. The One who made the earth to spin on its axis no one can say to Him anything, it is His Will, He can make it spin the other direction or to stop spinning or to blow it up completely. Everything is praising Allah, but you cannot understand their praises. Why when someone speaks, you can hear. The sound comes in a vibration and it enters the ear inside which are three bones and these then drum on a coiled tube which contains many nerves, and in this way the waves are picked up by these nerves. And when we speak we generate waves and we hear. Why then cannot we hear whatever is making the tasbih. Our ears are not cleaned or not tuned. No they are not tuned. It means the different wavelengths that are made by these minerals and creations. The earth has its own tasbih, the moon has its own tasbih and whatever is on earth as well has its tasbih. You see these walkie-talkies that you buy. Each one has its own frequency. They can hear according to the frequency that they are assigned. Allah made human beings to create machines that can listen to different aspects of the human body and read it, they can read the heart and graph it. You can see that EKG. You can hear only a sound using a stethoscope; you can tell generally if that heart is good. But they sometimes put that instrument there to detect the heart. When it goes flat what does it mean? inna lillah wa inna ilayhi raji`oon You cannot know that until that line becomes zero. It means every star is praising Allah, and every constellation, in its own vibrations. That is why from far they are receiving these vibrations. That means they are at a different frequency. Ma zaala abdee yataqarabu ilaya bin-nawaafil hatta uhibuh. Fa idha ahbabtahu kuntu sam`aulladhee yasma`u bihi wa basar-ulladhee yubsiroo bihi wa yadah-ulladhee yabtashu bihi wa rijlah-ulladhee yamshee bihi. "My servant approaches Me thru voluntary worship until I will be the ears which he can hear with.." It means these vibrations can be heard. That is what differs awliya from normal people. That is different kinds of vibrations, like ultraviolet light. And that is not just a different kind of vibration but it is a different language. "You cannot understand their tasbih" It means they are speaking a form of language. Look for computers, how many languages are there? [200, 300] Where is that language? Can you name some of these? And what they did for all these languages to speak with each other, they innovated a software to speak with each other. They are all different frequencies but that software can interact with all different languages. If that can be done with software, what do you think that Allah cannot give such a software to His Messenger who went on Isra and Mi`raj. Similarly there are so many languages that can be seen and understood from those who are inheriting from the Prophet (s). That you must understand. Sometimes you have movie stage and there is a magician. That magician begins to take from the hat rabbits. How many? He keeps taking out. Or he waves his hand and he makes someone disappear. That is from the two angels of Sulayman. They followed what the evil ones gave out (falsely) against the power of Solomon: the blasphemers Were, not Solomon, but the evil ones, teaching men Magic, and such things as came down at babylon to the angels Harut and Marut. But neither of these taught anyone (Such things) without saying: "We are only for trial; so do not blaspheme." They learned from them the means to sow discord between man and wife. But they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's permission. And they learned what harmed them, not what profited them. And they knew that the buyers of (magic) would have no share in the happiness of the Hereafter. And vile was the price for which they did sell their souls, if they but knew! [2:102] Wa labis ma sharaw bihi anfusahum. Allah is saying that they are teaching people how to separate people from each other to create confusion and not to give benefit to each other. What to these magicians do. They change the frequency of the light that is being emitted. So that frequency. so when they move their hands they change the frequency. And then you cannot see what is on the stage. Or they show you the frequency of a rabbit. If that is a magician what about the Prophet (s)? What about the sahaba even. Sayyidina Umar in one second was reaching to Saariya from Madinah al-munawwarah to Sham. "and such things as came down at babylon to the angels Harut and Marut. But neither of these taught anyone (Such Things) without saying: "We are only for trial; so disbelieve no." If people are inheriting from shaytan how do these square-headed people say that no one is inheriting from the Prophet (s)? Where did they throw this kind of knowledge, tassawuf. And they are becoming so obnoxious that they cannot see these frequencies. They learned from them the means to sow discord between man and wife. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold themselves if they but knew. If that is the case, everything has its language, when you have the pure right heart, alaa bi-dhikrillah tatma'in al-quloob. "Those who believe, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah. for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find satisfaction. [13:28] Allah gave a language to earth and ordered it to praise Him more and more in a certain place because too much corruption is there. When that praise begins it causes too much boiling. Kaana tastajeer. Earth was crying, asking Allah swt and boiling asking for heavenly support on that night. Asking heavenly power to come on earth. Asking Allah to send his awliya, to send them to take that corruption. Calling for Mahdi to come. And that sound was coming from that area. That Indonesia area, there are a lot of awliya there, lot of Muslim jinn there. In that whole area, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, the Indian ocean. They were asking to send heavenly power from up. Hajj is coming. Dunya.. Most hadith had happened. Look in books of hadith, Sahih Muslim and Bukhari. Dunya is coming to its end. They were praising and praising and praising so much and that went up from that area. Those who understand the language of vibration, given purity, they know what is going on. Don't think earthquake come haphazard like that. They say there is a belt of earthquakes. That is the belt of awliya, and jinn. Those are main stations of awliya and jinn. They are yastajeeroona billah. That is the small shake wait for the big shake. When the entire earth will shake altogether. O mumin try to learn the language of the earth, of the sun, of the moon. Learn the language of the universe. Then you will be saying like the Prophet (s), "If you know what I know you will cry a lot and laugh a little." We are not created to only run after bad desires. May Allah protect us from the big one that is coming. The Prophet (s) said, "too many earthquakes will occur in the last days." Four years ago Mawlana Shaykh said to me, "My son, there will be coming a day in the very near future, that you will be hearing that 100,000 died, 500,000 died a whole city disappeared." Muhyiddeen ibn Arabi said that there will come a day that people will be walking on dead bodies. Now you can see that. No one believed him, still they speak bad about him. What do you think when the big one comes, idha zulzilat al-ardu zilzalaha. We have to try our best. We are not Sahaba, we are not awliya. Because you are weak and helpless, inna ma `amaalu bin-niyyaat. Every action is by intention. You only have to make your intention. We cannot do what the Prophet (s) is doing. We cannot do what Sahaba are doing. We cannot do like awliya are doing. We can only do like an ant. Earth is still seeking refuge in Him from the corruption that is going on until today. Those resorts were resorts for corruption. Now they are no longer there. They are doing in the Gulf many resorts now. They are making a resort in the Gulf out of many islands and they are in the shape of the whole world. And they are selling homes there, so you can buy for example, on Somalia island, a home there. And all kinds of prostitution and fornication and drinking is taking place there.That is coming for them also. Allah is not leaving them. Anyone that comes against Allah, Allah comes against them.
