Fidel receives prime minister of Malaysia YESTERDAY afternoon Fidel Castro received His Excellency Dato Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, prime minister of Malaysia, with whom he had a fraternal one-hour meeting. Fidel and Badawi discussed the development of the 14th Non-Aligned Movement Summit, Malaysia's successful undertakings at the head of the Movement in the last three years, and the role that Cuba should play in the next period as president of the NAM. They covered various aspects of the fraternal relations between our two peoples and governments. The Cuban leader recalled his two visits to Malaysia, the last of them on the occasion of the 13th Non-Aligned Movement in 2003, commented on the beauty of the capital city of Putrajava and was interested in the future development of that beautiful city. The prime minister of Malaysia noted that this is his fourth visit to Cuba, two of them as head of government. In response to Fidel's question as to when the next would be, he replied that it would happen when Fidel, as president of the NAM, convenes a meeting of the troika of the Movement. Malaysia, Cuba and Egypt make up this Non-Aligned Movement coordination body.
