[PPower4] Help for ppower4

Hello:
I have been trying to install ppowr4 with no success! Could you pl help me. My system is windows98. I put the pp4p.jar file in the folder
C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\jre\1.3.0_06\lib

I saw that java.exe file is in the folder
C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\jre\1.3.0_06\bin

My desktop is my working place. So I put the ppower4.bat file in the desktop C:\windows\desktop

Through the dos box, I executed the command:

C:\windows\desktop >> ppower4 test.pdf tt.pdf

It gave me the message: Bad command or file name

The size of the jar file that I downloaded is 285312 bytes as it should be.

Here is the ppower4.bat file:
@echo off
set basedir="C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\jre\1.3.0_06\lib"
set javacommand="C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\jre\1.3.0_06\bin\java"
%javacommmand% -jar %basedir%\pp4.jar %1 %2 %3 %4 %5
