Hi all, Sorry for this late reply. Thank you all for your help and replies. I just got the book, "A Guide to LATEX2e". I'll also go and download the software from those websites you mentioned earlier in your replies. I guess it will take me sometime and I have no doubt that I'll run into troubles :-) I'll get back to you then :-)
