Hi! I'm using LyX 1.3.1, pdfTeX version 3.14159-1.00a-pretest-20011114-ojmw (Web2C 7.3.7), tex2pdf version 3.0.21 and PPower4 version 0.9.4 on a debian/i386 box. Most of the time, I can successfully generate presentations, but sometimes PPower4 enters in an endless loop, which I usually fix undoing all the changes I have done to the document, and beginning again. But this time, LyX has crashed and I can't undo changes, so not matter what I type in or what I delete, it will always enters in an endless loop. Sometimes, it's just an unspecial sentence what produces the problem.
I've been tracing the program with jdb, and when it outputs "Reading and parsing input file..." and executes the method "de.tu_darmstadt.sp.paul.PDFParserTokenManager.jjMoveNfa_1()", it enters in an endless loop. I'm able to properly see the document with Acrobat Reader and xpdf (with almost everything in white colour, of course); morever, there are no errors in the tex2pdf's logs. I would send the PDF file, but it is 800 kbytes long. Anyone interested in taking a look at this problem? -- Best regards, David Cerezo mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
