I've decided to include that list into the official documentation and
include the newest SSTable versions as well.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/joaquincasares/cassandra
document_sstable_versions
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cassandra/pull/121.patch
