`assertTableMetaEquals` will aslo be used for other test classes like
`CreateLikeTest -> testTableShemaCopy ()`
If you think that assertTableMetaEquals function is not suitable for
CQLTester, I will implement a similar function in CreateLikeTest and
DescribeStatementTest respectively.
