@Maxwell-Guo please pay attention to commit messages. The commit message to this PR which ended up merged is pointing to non-existent ticket and differs from what is in CHANGES.txt. My advice is to copy ticket numbers from JIRA instead of entering them manually when writing a commit message. That way, you can not do any mistakes.
