For the record we also have this system property:

ALLOW_DUPLICATE_CONFIG_KEYS("cassandra.allow_duplicate_config_keys",
"true"),
So we enable duplicit keys by default. It is just that snakeyaml 2.1 did not
emit warnings but snakeyaml 2.4 does.
