Pull request Description:
- Improve `AuthBearerFilter`
- Support modes "required", "optional" and "none" (must not have beare
auth)
- `SimpleBearer` for development and testing.
- More tests
- Add `GraphUtils.getStringValue(Resource, Property, RDFDatatype)` which is
obviously missing
- General code tidying
