The project targets the last two LTS releases of the JDK, and only takes JDK version upgrades at major versions. Given that JDK 25 is now the latest LTS release we'd already planned to move to JDK 21 as the minimum version as of Jena 6 which is intended to be the next major release I think @afs has started switching things over to JDK 21 as the baseline so will leave it to him to decide whether this PR can be merged yet or not -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
