afs opened a new pull request, #3539:

Retire modules at the end of Jena5, start of Jena6.
After this is merged, there will be a second PR that updates
`archived-modules.md`.
That file contains the commit ids of the code deletes so the commits ids as
will appear on `main` are not available yet (rebase and merge).
It is this second PR which will close the issues.
