REVITALISASI GP: Spirit, Values, Hakikat GP, Sistem (Struktur dan Fungsi), SDM.
Tgs siapa kah itu? Pasti jawabnya tugas dan tanggungjawab bersama (jwb an yg
sangat klise dan normatif), hrs lbh diurai lagi, misal: Pemerintah, Masyarakat,
Aktivis GP, Privat Sektor, Pencinta Pramuka, Ortu Pramuka, etc. Perlu diskusi
"serius tapi santai" ada hasilnya (sukses)
