Notification of Bequest
On behalf of the trustees and executors to the Will of late of Sir Daniel Hoad
( ksm), i wish to notify you that you were named as a beneficiary to the
bequest of the sum of $6,000,000.00 [Six Millon US dollars] in the codicil and
last testament of the deceased.
The late Sir Daniel Hoad until his death was a former managing director and
pioneer staff of a giant construction company, he was a very dedicated
Christian and strong A member of my parish, he was a great philanthropist and
this earned him a papal award during his life time.
Late Sir Daniel Hoad died on 29th January 2007 at the age of 82 years He was
buried on the 4th of February, 2007 and his will is now in execution Late Sir
Daniel Hoad even though he was an American living and working here as a
foreigner he requested before his death that he be buried here in his words" I
regard here as My home and the people as my people" He said that this token is
to support your Christian activities and help to the less privileged.
I hereby request that you forward any proof to identify you such as a machine
copy of your drivers license Also forward your current telephone and fax
numbers and your forwarding address to enable the attorney file necessary
documents at our high court probate division for the release of the bequest.
