Hi Has anybody tried using prime.ini parameter "Throttle" ?
Some time ago I got a new computer at work. It's a laptop and the fan is very noisy, so I thought of something like the Throttle parameter to make prime95 take it more easy. The description says it takes a pause of the mentioned number of milliseconds every iteration. So I started at 10 and gradually increased it as long as it kept triggering the fan. By now I'm at 8000000 ms = 8000 sec. = 2+ hours. This can't possibly be true! It's in undoc.txt, which as it says means, that it might have been removed...so has it?
