Maybe 12 months after they hit the markets. But first they will very likely cost prices like the top 6xx P4, which btw is not worth his price. The doubled L2 cache has apparently a higher latency and doesn't bring the benefit one would expect on average. But the 6xx costs about as much as the next higher speed grade of a 5xx.
