mprime -v
Mersenne Prime Test Program, Version 24.14.2

What the hell happened?

ps. Just before backup, ofc. :-/

Insert in the prime.ini file a line as this

InterimFiles=100000

It write a copy of pxxxxxxx each 100000 iterations. You can substitute by other apropiate number. You must delete manually that files.

See UNDOC.TXT :

=========
....
You can have the program generate save files every n iterations. The files
will have a .XXX extension where XXX equals the current iteration divided
by n.  In prime.ini enter:
InterimFiles=n
...
=========

At least with prime95. I dont' know is it is equal with mprime.
