Well, you won't find anything nearly as fast as Prime95, and I doubt that there is any general-purpose factorization program that can routinely handle 200 digit numbers within a single lifetime. There are programs that are pretty good at factorization, however, and one of them is both free and portable, namely PARI/GP. You can find it at http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/ . There's a precompiled version for Windows that might come close to what you are looking for.
