Marginal operation? Wrong optimisations in the mprime program for that particular CPU? Does Memtest86+ complete ALL the tests ok? Look at one of my earlier posts to see the standard range of 'hardware' problems guesses. You'll have to do some debug to narrow down the cause(s).
