A thought for new rules: To allow for the previous 6 "found" but not allow for 
overlap and at the same time allow for the possibility that 6 have not yet been 
found.  Funding could be accrued for them with a time limit.

For example if a 150X10*6 were found on 1/1/2009 then only M46 would be 
eligible for shared  $$ until 5 more were found, if any, within say 2 years.

I'd like to, but the award rules seem pretty clear that M37156667 does
not qualify.
I'm sure it will be a topic of discussion when we write new rules for
the next EFF award.
