Dave, Following a disk crash on 2008-10-20 the new V5 server is the only one active, since today is is available at the same address as the old one. You might just take a look at the home page : http://www.mersenne.org since quite a lot of changes happened.
Which address did you use ? Manual results are now to reported on http://www.mersenne.org/manual_result/ and that page is available.
