It's supposed to be the best time of your life - the birth of your child. But for
millions of American women, an estimated 80% - bliss is elusive. Millions of American
women suffer from the so-called baby blues - depression, lack of sleep, even thought
of suicide after the birth of their child. But when does this so-called 'blue" period
become dangerous, even deadly? We examine the case of a woman who is in prison for
murdering her 15 day-old son.
11PM ET
MSNBC INVESTIGATES: IS MY MOTHER A MONSTER
It's a frightening thought for any parent... having a child become seriously ill.
Imagine then, that the parent (usually the mother) is actually to blame for the
child's mysterious sickness, in hopes of gaining attention for herself. You may have
heard about "Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy." In this program we show you the hidden
camera evidence that leads the investigation into several children's sicknesses right
to the parent. Undercover hospital tapes reveal shocking examples of parents
intentionally harming their own children. Is it an illness or a crime?

underground labyrinth, where more than 60 miles of caves, passages and rivers twist
and turn below the park's plateau. No place for the faint-hearted, the caves are home

amongst the man-eaters.
