The print server is the machine on which I run 'lpstat' command, I just
config the print server using printmgr and run 'lpstat' on the same machine.

Below is my /etc/printers.conf file (No ~/.printers file)
hpc7188:\

I will try to turn on lpr.debug and rerun the command.
