Nobody has begun work on this but there are two sets of configuration data to 
be saved/restored.
The first is the client configuration data, which is in the printers.conf(4) 
database (and /var/spool/print
if you want the jobs that are pending transfer).  The second set is the spooler 
database, which is in 
contained in /etc/lp and /var/spool/lp (/var/lp/logs if you want them as well).
