The Solaris print system is the default print system on OpenSolaris.
To switch to CUPS, or vice versa, use the "print-service" command.

Query which print service is active:

$ print-service -q
active print service: lp

Set required print service:

$ print-service -s cups

or:

$ print-service -s lp
